In the past few months, whenever I have felt stuck/confused – this is what I have done. I just plugged my earphones in & started listening to music. This just helps me reset. I keep my phone upside down, put on some good music and just focus on one particular task.

There are so many things screaming for our attention & time these days. 9 out of 10 times they are worthless. Is that an Instagram notification? Do you want to check your email for the 10000th time? Or do you want to open Facebook and scroll endlessly for no reason?

I know this might not work for a lot of you out there – but even if it helps one person focus better, I’ve done my job.
