Your parents and loved ones want you to have a smooth and safe life. They might not encourage your ideas or risk taking ability. Don’t wait for everyone to agree with you. If you believe in it, move ahead and build your own path – even if others attack your ideas or don’t seem to believe in them.

If you’re building a team, try and find people who are passionate about what you’re creating/selling. People who are already a fan of your idea will work harder & smarter for you as compared to those who are just there for the pay check & have no real interest in the product.
