Everything around us is designed for context switching and scattered focus.
But most of our quality work?
It comes from those rare pockets of Deep Work
Uninterrupted, focused sessions.
When we’re not firefighting on WhatsApp/Slack or mindlessly scrolling social media.
Protecting even one deep work session a day is a small (but massive) win.
I’m going to be experimenting with this over the next month.
