No, this post is not just related to Boxing. This post is a reminder for all of us. A reminder to follow the footsteps of Manny Pacquiao & many others who have aged gracefully.

Manny Pacquiao is 40 & he says he feels 22. Well today he definitely did not fight like a 40 year old. He was quick, sharp, hungry & was on to Keith from the very first round.

You can’t help but admire this guy. Anyhow, what can we learn from this?

  • Your health/fitness is your prime asset. Not only does it help you stay up for the task physically, but it keeps you active mentally.
  • You don’t have to be a top level athlete to stay fit & sharp as you age. It doesn’t matter if you are 18, 25 or 45. Taking care of your health should always be on your list.
  • Staying fit & active even when you get older is such a huge advantage.
  • Always try & keep this aspect of your life in check! It doesn’t have to be a monster workout everyday. Infact it doesn’t even have to be everyday. Do what fits your lifestyle & goals.

Imagine, being 50 & still giving your 20 year old kid a run for their money. #Goals

Just like Manny Pacquiao, if you can say that you feel like 22 when you’re 40. Consider it a win!
