Just Prioritise & Execute. In my personal experience, whenever I’ve felt this way, there has been a lot on my mind which I haven’t processed properly. In other words, you might be feeling overwhelmed. Just make a list of stuff bothering you, prioritise & execute!
And of-course, Get a good night’s sleep. Wake up recharged & take the bull by the horns. Because Every Dog Has Its Day.
